The constituents of Tagbilaran city are now 'reaping what they sow'. nagbutang sila'g mayor nga sugarol, so what can you expect? An immoral LCE has no moral ascendancy to lead a city whose constituents are known to be religious and of decency. Philosopher Plato once said "we as guardians must be gentle to our fellow citizens but fierce to our enemies, if we cannot do that, we are preventing our enemies from destroying our city by destroying it ourselves ".
