This is doable...We'll have to ask DEP-ED how much it would take to run one...then probably propose this to chatto for implementation kung kaya sa budget, sa province...otherwise sakay na lang ta sa charter sa uban such as BISU, in fact libre man unta ang BISU except for miscellaneous expense...but getting into BISU is a bit difficult kay kinahanglan above average jud ang utok sa estudyante. or naa ka additional points if, you're a scion of a barangay offcial or government employee or veteran.

BISU also has several campuses around the province making it accessible to a lot more boholanos. incidentally it was chatto through a congressional resolution, whatever that made BISU (a state university) from  CVSCAFT.

This would be a "want" rather than a must, pwede siguro sa public schools...but if fundings [sourced from the private sector (they would be told that in the long run we would have better and brighter work force if we invest now), NGO's and foreign funding agencies] -are available...this would really be nice...We need to make a study on this..rather than mega-projects, this could be  macro-project on a provincial scale...

On the other hand china is a socialist state, and so natural lang that they provide food for their students who incidentally pass thru a very stringent screening process. For this to happen in Bohol, we must be able to identify fund sources...in fact kulang pa gani ato mga school buildings and I think this would be the first thing that would be addressed...para wla na magklase sa ilalom sa punuan sa Manga..

The province already has BEPO or the Bohol Employment Promotions Office, incidentally started during the term of Rene (GOV) & Chatto (V. Gov)...this was continued by Aumentado...maybe this time it would take a more pro-active stance, that may include livelihood training, like what they do at TESDA...Kinahanglan pod ug financing assistance for would be entrepreneurs or employment assistance...

The agricultural sector should also work on marketing assistance for the produce...aron ganahan pod magtanom ang ato mga farmers...aron di mag-atubang sa manok inighuman sa pagtanum ug pag-ani sa humay..

You know sometimes ang ato pod mga tawo are to blame...kay dili mangita ug paagi...naay mga tapulan ug naa say mga wala lang jud maanad mangidjawat or magdamgo ug ugma damlag...ang gidamgo...numero sa lotto hehehe...

feel the need of the people....find jud ug unsa man jud ang kinahanglan nila. This is not an easy job kay kung buot kwentahon, daghan jud ila needs, so prioritize those needs and create livelihood programs......pagbuhi ug baboy or ask them unsa ila gustong livelihood. don't give money kay ma divert ra ni. pwed sad establish cooperatives.

thats great to hear. now we have something in common bay lex. we are both products of state universities. i am not in favor of free university education for all. it has to be by intellectual ability unya socialised tuition fee (according to your ability to pay). on the other hand, i would favour free two years vocational education to those who pass a scholarship test. including allowance of course.

you-in-me, ako lang na gibase pud diri sa akong na-obserbahan sa UK. education is free and compulsory(?) until you reach 16. kung mo-college (not university) ka until 18 your child allowance will continue for two years. not sure kung libre ang tuition, though.

there is too much emphasis on 4/5-year academic courses diha sa ato-a (Pinas) unya dili man ka-cope ang job demand. two year vocational courses should be encouraged and through BISU this can be achieved, i think. free tuition fee and food and book allowance to deserving students, to the rest socialised (according to ability to pay) ang pamaagi. or better still, study now pay later like what they have here for university education.

This can be done in collaboration with the Provincial Police Command...on the other hand, livelihood generation should be enhanced as this is the prime reason why people try to make a fast buck...they can't find e decent job...so mangita na lang ug swerte...

secondly, a lot of kubradors, coordinators make money out of swertres...for every peso taken as a bet. approximately only forty centavos, finally goes to the financier or operator. so Sixty centavos goes on to circulate and help establish this underground economy...

Lisod jud ni sumpuon kung walay alternative nga trabahoon ang mga kubrador who are the sales people and the coordinators who consolidate the takings of the kubrador... kung wala pod pangita ang mananaya...maningkamot makadaog iyawat iya makab-ot iya pangandoy...so please help find a way...and propose your solutions to our officials...

This is good...but I hope the administration would also encourage agricultural produce marketing and creat e a system to collect extra producxe from these gardfesn for marketing somewhere else...You see the failure of the backyard garden is because when the plant bears fruits or are at the harvestable stage, it is too much for consumption by the family, but too little a volume to spend fare money for marketing...something has to be done here...

first: go in infrastructure projects for easy passing of goods to a specific towns or villages, likewise  elevate jobs in the area.

second: Establish island trader for small enterprise to encourage every town (keep in touch to LGU´s) of engaging small business (if possible the product produced in a particular town) to generate income within the island of Bohol.
In order for them to avail the program there are requirements to do, once complete they will receive fresh capital to start with.

third: I will touch and focus my project in agricultural in the interior part, fishing and other aquatic products in the coastal side of the island.

i will reach out to all 48 mayors and ask them what are their priority projects. this way, we can see the most and least priorities that we can do for the province. the mayors should give justification why their projects are top priorities. then we will then evaluate sites in the entire province for potential business zones and invite companies to evaluate the area or areas. that way we can bring in more investors that could mean more jobs and more income to the province. let's cut off monopolies and allow others to showcase their companies to the boholanos.

i will reach out to all 48 mayors and ask them what are their priority projects. this way, we can see the most and least priorities that we can do for the province. the mayors should give justification why their projects are top priorities. then we will then evaluate sites in the entire province for potential business zones and invite companies to evaluate the area or areas. that way we can bring in more investors that could mean more jobs and more income to the province. let's cut off monopolies and allow others to showcase their companies to the boholanos.
Nice one...on the local level we have the (CRMP) Coastal Resource Management Plan we need to see a (LRMP) a Land Resource Management Plan, at present we have the zoning plan...we need to see a provincial zoning plan, where the CRMP & local zoning plans should jibe...we have areas w/ mineral deposits and areas for agricultural high value crops, areas for rice & corn, and areas for multiple croppings and areas which can be used for marginal farming such as Palm Oil & Jathropa, the seas thru the CRMP should also be zoned accordingly...certain areas in both land & sea should be designated recreational, other areas reserved for sanctuaries...etc...

eliminate vote buying....kinahanglan mo lead si chatto and inday lim nga dili na mamalit ug boto/inangayan sa mga botante since silang duha Bohol record nga biggest spender karong 2010 election...mo hatag silag example sa ubang candidate aron mahimo silang modelo sa bohol...hehehe :) ;) :D
You should be an example yourself, the election is over, stop feeling bitter...both camps gave inangayan's so what's your problem? as to how much? well they both gave millions away...and is it true that you, yourself participated in the distribution of Aumentado's inangayan?

If your hands are dirty, don't put more dirt on others...

the die is cast...let's be constructive now...

first: go in infrastructure projects for easy passing of goods to a specific towns or villages, likewise  elevate jobs in the area.

second: Establish island trader for small enterprise to encourage every town (keep in touch to LGU´s) of engaging small business (if possible the product produced in a particular town) to generate income within the island of Bohol.
In order for them to avail the program there are requirements to do, once complete they will receive fresh capital to start with.

third: I will touch and focus my project in agricultural in the interior part, fishing and other aquatic products in the coastal side of the island.
This is really something...I think this has some great points...you see its not enough that we make our people produce...we also have to come up with the markets...'coz if no one buys, no one produces...create the demand and the products would come...Law of supply & demand...this is where the private sector could help...murag "buy Boholano movement" or something...or make our farmers & industries produce goods which are currently being imported from other provinces...

naa nay nagsugod ani, kabasa kos Bohol Chronicle, i-Google sa to nako

the analogy is somewhat different coz the groups you mentioned represents bigger ethnic groups,  e.g. Bicolanos for Bicol region which includes Albay, Camarines Sur & Norte, Catanduanes and others; Warays for Region 8 and Mindanao for the whole of Mindanao Island. Maybe a party list for a bigger ethnic group for the Visayans is more appropriate.

One Bohol party list, read the link http://www.boholchronicle.com/2009/aug/23/major3.htm

I wonder what has happened to it now?

Slamat kay imong gisug-dan kini nga topic. Hina-ut unta nga makahibalo sab si Gov. kabahin ani.

For me, I want to have infrastructure projects in Bohol. Mas lami unta nga humanon na kadtong "Talibon Dam and irrigation system". Dako kini ug ika-tabang sa atong mga igsoon nga mga mag-uuma. If we need to start from scratch and back to the drawing board we have to as long as it will be completed and operational.
