i will choose gibo over noynoy. i admit i didn't know him that much but based on what read about his life, he's more ideal to become a president since he has own principles and he is intelligent as well. noynoy, will be more predictable as he has to make sure that he will not tarnish the reputation of his parents specially cory who is more allied to the church. any rulings or laws that the church won't agree will surely hit a snag.
