 Sen. Serge Osmeña III, who celebrated his birthday on Monday, takes the hand of Cebu Archbishop Ricardo Cardinal Vidal during the latter’s visit to the Senate to formally receive the resolution honoring him for his service to the Filipino people, especially to the people of Cebu.
