Yes, TB is a public forum (and yes there's freedom of expression!!!) but there are forum rules and etiqette to follow, to ensure order. Kay maski baja mga bright pa ning mga tawo mag suwat2x deri, naa baja poy mga way batasan (sorry for the language but it's true), and stubborn ones (nagsalig siguro kay di makita hehehe).
