It will make Bohol accessible by air, by land and by water. Health wise, it will be easier for those who are really sick to be brought to Cebu in case of medical necessities. Look at Leyte and Samar, they are connected, but each province maintain their sustainability. Way back before, goods are shared, people from highlands trade their crops for fish and sea foods from the lowlands. Bohol can maintain it's sustainability while opening doors for other transactions.. If we have a good leader, this can be achieved. Kon panahon nga naay bagyo, then we need to transfer a patient in critical condition, land travel would be the only safest means to transport that pt. which could probably save one's life.
yup...your right with the issue on accesibilty but there too many risks Bay TM...but how about upgrading our own hospitals here in bohol?...to a level that would be like Cebu, mas way risk dba?...why would we take a more risky one nga naa may mas safe...Bohol is not about connecting to other places to prosper...i mean, Bohol has all the resources, all we have to do is Upgrade it and not resort to high risk projects...
