Export of sand and gravel materials is now allowed but only for government project purposes.
For our monitoring, you need to show proof that indeed such delivery is for government project. Please submit valid/signed/approved contract and program of works indicating amount and type of materials you commit to supply to a government project.
For Ormoc Sourced Materials:
Once documents are verified, the ENRO will register the transaction then will issue Delivery Receipts (DR) which will be used as transport document for every shipment. Also, a Supply For Government Project Control (SFGPC) will be issued as our monitoring document that will be printed and provided to the proponent and our border checkers for basis of checking. The materials shipped per truck per Delivery Receipt will be logged and deducted from the entire contracted volume as indicated in the SFGPC at the border.
As for materials sourced outside Ormoc, they shall still use the DR issued by their issuing offices plus the SFGPC secured from Ormoc ENRO.
No DR and No SFGPC record at the border strictly No pass/No exportation of sand and gravel materials subject to EO 17-A.
