Vice Pres. Binay's name printed on plastic bags with relief goods, photo spreads online

We saw this photo in Facebook, of plastic bags containing relief goods with the name of the Vice President Jejomar Binay printed on.
Really, with all the bashing, criticisms and lambasting rounds in the Internet related to several personalities and their behavior towards typhoon Yolanda, (Read: Korina Sanchez vs. Anderson Cooper, CNN) this one takes the cake.

In the photo is VP Jejomar Binay, with his daughter, newly elected Senator Nancy Binay standing far right. If those goods are intended for the victims of the super typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban, then this is just awfully disgusting.
Some say, at least he donated. Some frowned upon the political color Binay is trying to paint amidst the natural disaster where people grieve for their lost loved ones and sources of livelihood.
As of yet, there has been no official statement from VP Binay regarding this matter.
