DURING HIS VISIT TO BATANES TO INSPECT THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY TYPHOON ‘FERDIE’

Noon ang namamatay, rape, bata, tatay sinasaksak, nanay ina- (inaudible). Those were the crimes on those days. Rape ng isang pamilya, patay ang lahat ng… from the daughters to the mother.
 
What are the deaths now? You want to count? The criminals that’re dead today aren’t half of what’s dead in the past time. Before the killings were rape, kids, father stabbing, mother (inaudible). Sabihin nila na I am threatening doon sa EU ‘yung ginagamit nila, this politician is threatening the criminals to death. There is nothing wrong in threatening criminals to death. By that statement alone, maski ikaw sabi mo: kayong mga criminal patayin ko, ‘wag kayong magluku-luko. It is a perfect statement, na ngayon gusto nilang hilain doon for that statement.
 
Now what did we kill? Us in the government? Nothing, still nothing, it’s just starting, so we are not yet in that 3,000. Now, now these Americans that… I end my story. They will say that I am threatening there in EQ. What they are using, this politician is threatening the criminals to death. There is nothing wrong in threatening criminals to death. By that statement alone, even if you say: you who are criminals I will kill you, do not screw me. It is a perfect statement, that now they want to pull there for that statement.

Now this law and order, I will tell you I said no corruption, no drugs, no criminality. I will not stop, I assure you, carve it to anywhere you want to carve. I will not stop until the last pusher, until the last drug lord is taken away.

Na ang destiny ko ma-Presidente isang  taon lang ako. Ganun ‘yan, so do not magsabi na Duterte sa mga newspaper na warningan ako, mag-kudeta mag ano.
 
Why? It was in the messaging. Why? Because I tend to believe now, that it was God who gave it to me. And they said, “ay he will disappear, he will be impeached.’ I put at stake my honor, life, even my Presidency. Do not scare me. Those from Manila that you will rally next year, expel him. Because if I get expelled, that is part of my destiny. That my destiny is to be the President for one year only. It’s like that, so do not say that Duterte in the newspaper that I am warned, doing coup d'état, doing what.
 
Ngano? Naa na sa pagmensahe. Ngano? Kay nagtoo man ko karon, na ang Ginoo ang naghatag sa ako. Ug ingon nila, “ay mawala na i-impeach na.” Akong gipusta akong honor, kinabuhi, apil ang pagka-Presidente nako.
