I recently heard from a reliable source that a city business franchize manager who has close ties in with the City of Tagbilaran Mayor wants to run for Tagbilaran Mayor next mayoral election?
Maybe because he is a friend to everyone and contributes donuts for free to many he might just sweeten his way up to preceeding over the reigns of Mayor Lim at the end of his term.
This particular manager has been a big contributor for the province and the community.
I just hope that the leaving present mayor at the time will not be controling him by puppet strings.
