What damage would it take for   process to be aborted ? ngano  may diay ug di na ipadayon ug mag bid ug usob, open to all, give all bidders and the public a chance, aron  gyud ma clean?


Di ba ang backhoe sauna , gi overprice , ug  matod sa mga  ni question like Vicotr dela Serna, two million each  and over price sa (usa) ka backhoe?   UNYA  giuli ang Php 850,000.00 . Meaning dihay  admission nga overprice. That was only less than ten million and the alleged overprice  was two million or  more than 20%.  Becuase of that, magduda dunay  gyuy magduda ug mangutana  kay maghunahuna nga naa poy over price ? Naa ba o wala?

Aron ma klaro, unsa man diay problema ug usbon and bidding ?    Tanan, apil nang nakabid, MAKAAPIL MAN? Para klaro, let it be rebidded.

if surplus ang mga heavy equipments, dako ra kaayo na nga price. kana pud kung pila ra ka items and gipalit. kung tag usa ra ka items sama sa backhoe, bulldozer, payloader, grader ug uban pa. pero kung puro brand new as in true brand new items. mahal na jud na ilabi pa kung kadtong mga dagko na nga units. Example: 2008 model Caterpillar 434E backhoe loader, it's 64,000 EUR per unit and if converted to pesos with P60=1EUR that's P3,840,000.00.

Corruption is widespread throughout  the country today. Overpricing in the most
possible choice to corruptors.

You guys are absolutely right! Unsa may mawala kung irebid free from any suspicions of irregularity except their kickbacks? Grabe jud ni ato mga elected officials. Callous to the public outcry basta kwarta o commissions na ma-involve. Diretso lang pasangil dayon nga urgent og dili pwede malangan kay kunohay nangadaot na mga kalsada nato. When will we ever learn and take time to stand up against these practices?
