Most of the pork barrel went into infrastructure as evidenced by the roads and bridges built by DPWH at the congressman's instance with funds from the said pork barrel, this is public knowledge so you may ask COA about it...bella05, please do your research rather than depend on the radio and listen to the badmouthing of opposing political sidekicks ...like yourself? heheheMake a public accounting of where the P70-M pork barrel funds last year went.
Do you realize why chatto consistently leads? well agreater part of the pork barrel goes directly to the barangays, in various forms of assistance...bella05, your a government employee under the charges of herrera right?... then you can have access to records at COA as these are all public documents and may be yours to examine...I need not tell you that if you really need this, you may simply ask of it from COA...mao bitaw na naa sila...so take time instead of pounding needless comments with your arthritic fingers, do your research and find out for yourself, for it is of the accuser to prove their claim and accusations...pero lagi you may think otherwise...you are what we may call as a rumor monger...heheheExplain to the people why the amount of computer cost P170,000 EACH.
The computer I think was only 120,000 that was an old issue hurled last elections, Its not actually the computer per se that costs so much but the program that went with it. these were licensed programs that made teaching much easier for the teachers. If your not aware of it go ask your IT staff about the cost of licensed programs...Also look at the computer,s capabilities and functions...then and only then should you open your mouth that needs brushing.Tell the people HONESTLY what is the motive behind giving cell phones to the barangay Captains in 2nd District.
The kind congressman had been recieving requests for assistance from barangays even outside of the first districts....these are all legitimate requests...in order to make it easier for them being far from the district the kindly congressman gave them these communications equipment so that they maycall or text the congressman anytime...they only have to text and the congressman would call them back...that is the height of service...help from OFW problems to simple request for burial assistance...this is because when the congressman helps he doesn't look at whether your from his district or not...thats how he serves...
