If the 48 programs are copyrighted, then probably majustify.  With the 15k PC, yes, maybe. That if you use a pirated OS and pirated quicktime pro.  With multiple licenses, depende na sa kumpanya, kay naay softwares nga walay VLK or the VLK  needs a minimum requirement.

Am not voting for Chatto but lisud man gud sige ta tira niya yet wala ta kahikap or kagamit man gani sa computer ug unsa man gani ang naa didto.
