impossible. a sitting president will risk having the same thing done to him by his successor. besides, who appointed the current chief justice? come on, we're filipinos and the best and worst in us is this "utang na loob" thing.
while she had every reason to do so, foremost of which was the murder of her husband, tita cory apparently didn't personally pursue having ferdie and meldie marcos brought to jail. she let justice take its course. and now meldie is in congress and not in jail. and (eureka!) ate glo is now also in congress. jail? kuya noynoy can have her investigated by a duly constituted body, but the best that one can hope for here is that truth will out. that's all.
ate glo bestowed presidential pardon to erap and his plunder. kuya noynoy can do as much, if only to protect himself from a backlash whether ate glo will be proven to have committed crimes or not while in office.
i believe "reconciliation without justice" here doesn't necessarily mean justice served in jail.
