On Erico Aumentado's CONA

The arbitration committee of the ruling Lakas-Kampi-CMD calls on the Commission on Elections to uphold and honor the party's decision to field Governor Erico Aumentado as their official candidate for the congressional position in the second district.

In a letter dated January 10, 2010, Secretary Prospero Pichay of the Office of Political Affairs, chairman of Lakas-Kampi-CMD Arbitration Committee, appealed to Comelec Chairman Jose Melo for the early resolution of the petition to declare and recognize the uninterrupted validity of Aumentado's certificate of nomination and acceptance (CONA), filed on December 14, 2009, before the Comelec. - bohol chronicle

Even if a person who file his candidacy has no CONA from a certain political party his candidacy is still valid. This means that CONA is just an add-on. A candidate who is loved by his constituent does not need any CONA.

Its also true if you're the official candidate sa Ruling Party LAKAS -KAMPI naa kay machinery and campaign fund guikan sa partedo especially nga ang nanglansar ron mga senators and president... Dakong tabang ang campaign fund sa partedo and machinery and logistics... kaysa mag -independent ka nga limited ang imong campaign fund imong kaugalingon... Kung mahimo pa unta walay kwartahay kay mao unta ni maayo para sa mga candidato nga walay kwarta pero deserving nga pilion sa mga tawo...Ang mga tawo maoy mabulahan unta niini...

What now Cong Ondoy Cajes? Naa naman decision sa Comelec....arogante guihapon ka? Dili man ikaw maoy mulansar sa pagka congressman kay last term naman ka...Si Mayor Bebe Lao-Cajes maoy mag speech sa 2nd dist kay siya man maoy mopapili sa 2nd dist congressional dili man ikaw...What now???
