on the other hand mao diay P170,000.00 kay it was just a part of the package, the item was actually 48 copyrighted CD ROMS covering the subject areas of Science, Mathematics and Reading, the computer was only an accessory. Ang gibayran diay ang mga CD ROMS.

@Ang schools na nahatagan, gitrain ba sa DepEd to operate such device? It doesn't mean kamao na ta ug word or makaduwa na ta ug solitaire, okay na na siya. (It should be named The People's Projects). Kay kung inutang man galing ni sa WB or sa ubang nasud, geutang kini tanan sa ngan sa mga tawo sa Pilipinas, dili ngan sa Presidente or sa mga politiko.

Ako ray manglimbawot makakita sa ilang mga nawong ug ngan nga naka plastar next to the big billboards that say "such and such" is the project of the "Pangulo ng Pilipinas" or "Congressman" so and so. Let's get real, dako kaayo nang pabaga sa ilang mga nawong!!! Since when did they start using their own wealth or salaries to pay for such projects? Mao nay gitawag sa tagawog "Kaming mga matatapang ang apog."

I hate to say it but that's the truth in its truest form. I know most of these guys personally but sorry I don't always agree with this particular issue on projects... for the simple reason that it's not theirs. Period. Maski ba parte nis ilang pork barrel. It's never their own personal money and never will. Period. (Di na jud na sila mag ambisyon og politika kung ila pang kwarta gamiton, hahaha).

The country needs those projects (of course) and how they perform or respond to such needs is what we call "public service," kay mga public servants man kaha na sila. Bisag unsang libroha pas Political Science imong basahon, it's never self promotion!!!

Suggestion: Next time dunay project, say it this way, "This is the project of the National Government (like the Federal Government in the U.S.) or of the Provincial Government (like in the U.S. again)."
