Im sure kanang HNU survey nag panic na si Edgar Chatto...Kinsay man nagtuo nga mingkalit lang ug sugbong si montano sa hilom lang pangumpanya sa katawhan...matud pa ni Montano win or loss dili siya mamalit ug boto sa katawhan...According sa HNU statistical tie +/-8% margin error sila si chatto and Montano...I dont know if ang pagka popular ni Cesar Montano ug ang iyang advocate for a change sa bohol nakahatag ba ug dugang nga igo para mahimo siya nga gobernador sa Bohol....im sure gikuyawan na si chatto kay sukad sukad karon pa jud ni siyag katilaw adunay kontra nga kusgan montano and herrera...

HNU had always been pro-chatto.. Obviously because of their connections. Wife works for HNU right? Sadly, they just couldn't deny the fact that Montano is really getting stronger. Maybe its because he is for CHANGE or maybe he is with LP. But one thing is sure, Boholanos are getting tired of TRAPOS and it is only Montano who can offer CHANGE among the other gobernatorial candidates. I'm pretty sure chatto is panicking now! Wahaha!

in politics which should not be the case.

Hunahuna-a lang: kanang ilang gipanghatag during election is just like peanuts sa ilang kita nga

favoritism....mao na ang gina-ingon nga politics is dirty.

Or better yet, let get a new set of clothes....new faces and better but sincere- looking...kanang

Are surveys really reflects the will of the population? Surveys depends on the kind of respondents a researcher deals with. Perhaps its because cesar is popular since he is an artist. But we want more characteristics and capabilities that a candidate must possess other than a mere popularity in order to lead this province to a place where it should be. Plus, what change are we looking for Bohol? We don't need change. We simply need to continue the status of the province through its existing programs and developing some. So, we want a public servant who knows exactly how to deal with it. I believe that people should not rely on their emotions but rather minds when they cast their vote on May 10, 2010.

Its so easy to say that we can stop corruption, that we can end poverty and that we can elevate the lives of every boholanos in this island, but the question is HOW? Only a candidate with dedication, experience, knowledge, clear platforms of government, measurable advocacy and a heart that puts value on service rather than enriching himself at the expense of others. I, my family, committed and confirmed 38,8950 friends in the private, public and educational sector and our friends in the grassroots level of the society are ALL for Chatto because we strongly believe in his heart, principles and his capabilities to administer this government. 38,8950 or 388,950? which is which?

And what is the total population of Bohol?

In 2000, google says 1,137,268.....that's one million one hundred thirty seven thousand two hundred sixty eight...

Let say Boholanos have appetite for sex, so maybe round off to 2milyon ta tanan ron, di ba?

In other words, Chatto only made good to less than half of the population, right?

Again, something is not right here...that's why the more reason for CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE....no to favoritism, no to nepotism, please.

Please enough with those rhetoric " only a candidate with dedication, experience...blah blah blah...".....unya gamay ra mo nabolahan....

Montano has been underrated, ignored, dismissed and taken for granted. What the HNU Bohol Poll showed was quite a surprise. But I have no problem having Cesar Montano as the potential next Governor of Bohol.

His campaign slogan of CHANGE can still be clarified once he sits as Governor. It can be said that the change he envisioned is to have new players in governance without necessarily discontinuing the beneficial projects and programs that are already in place or set for implementation. He can build on these achievements and, in the process, initiate his own projects.

Cesar can be the righteous leader we need to propel Bohol's development in the next nine years.
