If I were Chatto, i would not degrade myself by answering baseless accusations...hibaw ka, if they really think  and believe so... the should go to the Ombudsman rather than this forum...this is all black propa...according to the one who posted it ..."SA MAILAD LANG"

DI BA LAIN?

this is not a black propaganda...this is over pricing...peoples money wala gigamit ug sakto  sa mga tongressman....Chatto will answer niining issue-ha....kay kung dili mapugos ming mo kondenar sa pag korakot niini....

ahhhhh mao diay P170,000.00 kay it was just a part of the package, the item was actually 48 copyrighted CD ROMS covering the subject areas of Science, Mathematics and Reading, the computer was only an accessory. Ang gibayran diay ang mga CD ROMS.

Thank you so much bella05 for the clarifications, I hope this would settle the issue about EMC giving computers nga mahal...kay pakapin ra man diay to...

DI BA LAIN?

Gintonic, we know from the start nga overpricing ni....if mutan-aw ka sa presyo sa Apple iMac, Sony, HP, Dell, Toshiba...mga super computer taas ug memory, Hard drive, w/ blu ray, processor, etc dili guihapon modako niini...kickback ug SOP sa supplier or contractor niini may dako ang nadawat atong halandung tongressman x pila ka computer....kadako niana nga SOP...Dili nami ma tunto or mailad niana..kami mga botante very smart nami niana nga magbantay sa mga kalaki nila sama ni chatto ug congressman...

Ive come to know sad the moment migawas ni sa news paper, niadto si Nestor Daaron ( binayran na tigpamaba ni emc ) sa office sa DepEd nangasaba daw kinsa daw naghatag sa maong document, y daw nigawas. this is true kay ako friend naa jud siya mismo pagkasaba...hehehe..ang ila daw gitudlo na naghatag sa evidence kadto ila kauban na namatay na..may hes soul rest in peace..nahadlok lang sila kay basin ug kontrahan sila.

Kapoy na ni nga issue uy...let him who know, speak out, dili kay puro imaginative accusations, if people are really that serious, why don't they conduct a research and or investigation?...this has been an issue that has already been answered by COA and DEP-ED no less, yet people would forcibly drag Chatto into the fray for obvious reasons and that is to destroy his reputation.

I'm asking people ...to tell me what Herrera has done in the past nine years worthy of anything...and his pundits simply drag back issues long considered answered by no less than COA & DEP-ED to smear Chatto... these rahrah boys could not give an answer, Wala ba diay mo ikapanghambog sa inyong manok, bisan usa lang? that you would nit-pick on the worthy projects of your opponents...If you win...guess who is the eventual loser...THE BOHOLANO PEOPLE...and all these things would be on your conscience for the rest of your life... Of course , I hope that you'll go to the bank laughing, with the people's money that never went into projects, but into yours and your AMO's pockets...

DI BA LAIN?

I DONT THINK SO!

Yup, I don't think so too....not the DEP-ED, nor anybody had jacked up the price, This is what they call government pricing, actually suppliers are allowed by COA to raise the price up to a maximum of  40% of the prevailing market price... as to why and how this is allowed is beyond me? perhaps the COA or those interested has to ask COA, why? the COA actually has a ruling for this...This is a non-issue, which has been made an issue kay election lagi...in the hope of smearing the good names of candidates...both sides can dig into past purchases, and find out that all purchases are overpriced...mao na ila gitawag ug "government price"...ask any bidder or supplier...ang problema it is legal, and most of the time bidders simply form a cartel in an effort to make more money in profits.

It's just so funny and ironic that people issue challenges under the safe guise of anonymity. They just don't understand what a challenge really is all about. Then again, they probably don't know the concepts of honor and trust - just like their candidates :)

Corruption is hard to prove, but the casuals used or commanded to campaign is a glaring proof of indirect vote buying & of course corruption...pero dili na lang ta ana...ato na lang pilion ang daghan ug nahimo isip Vice -Governor...

Sa siyam katuig ni Herrera UNSA LAGI IYA NAHIMO?...ngano man dili man motubag ang iya mga alipores ani nga pangutana?

The challenge to show accomplishment while in Office is on...wla na lay daghang storya...show us what your candidates have done and could be proud of...kung wala...ayaw pilia......asa naman diay ang ila mga allocations?..asa na man?...gipasweldo ba sa inyoha o sa mga casuals ba, aron sila mangampanya?...

DI BA LAIN?
