Well excuse me for sounding a bit ignorant, however, as far as I know even if the governor does not have the full responsibility of legislating the elected governor MJST communicate with the Legislature during each calendar year regarding the condition of the province and make recommendations. Furthermore, isnt the governor required to submit itemized budget to the legislature. Doesn't the governor also have the power and authority to veto any bill passed by the legislature and return it with objections to the house of origin?

That said, a full understanding of the workings of legislature is of utmost important and I should say mandatory.

One of the primary duties of a governor is to see that the law is faithfully executed. Without the fulll understand of how laws are created by the legislature how do you suppose a governor can effectively and efficiently perform his duties?

filipino by far has lots of potential good politicians...pero ang kapait walay kwarta...if ang election dri sa pilipinas ipa sunod ang balaod nga walay kwartahay then that the time theres a changes nga lain nasad ang magdumala mga new faces sa politics....but sad to say nga mismo ang administrasyon sa gobyerno, mga machinery sa opposisyon sila man sad mo lead nga mamalit ug boto sila naghimo sa balaod sila rad sad ming violate sa law...mao dli gyud masugpo ang problema sa pilipinas kay mao nay atong batasan..if gusto ang mga tawo nga mausab atong pangobyerno, it will stard first sa atong kaugallingon...educate atong value then sa atong pamilya, then sa small community, barangays, block to block.... thats the time nga adunay changes...active pud ang simbahan sa pag demonstrate sa atong moral values, vigilants....
