AWAITING TRUTHS
« on: April 20, 2010, 08:43:45 PM »
In the meantime, and while Chatto and his group yet feel it is most necessary at this time to familiarize the people with their programs of government,  truths can wait to come from behind the cases of anomalies involving certain big projects in Bohol.  These include the following:

1) Bayongan Dam---The most expensive dam ever built on Earth.  According to then NEDA Director General Romulo Neri, the dam is the most expensive dam ever built in the world that caused the government to lose more than P3.6 billion

Aumentado defended the project.  The late Press Sec. Cerge Remonde had then claimed that the governor had made several follow-ups and guarded the issuance of checks.   Aumentado had sought Remonde’s assistance.

2) P165 million Talibon Dam---The Boholanos Against Corruption and Oppression led by architect Bobby Cericos, engineer Nilo Sarigumba and lawyer Timmy Cabatos had raised this issue to the Ombudsman.

3) Malinao Dam Spilllway---The dam falls short of its original spillway height by two meters, causing the government to lose P1.4 billion.  This is aside from another amount about to be loaned for the upgrading works costing P800 million.

4) The Bohol Circumferential Road Improvement Project (BCRIP), roads constructed by contractor RSD, and other road projects---Aumentado owes the Boholanos many explanations for the many substandard parts of BCRIP which were reworked (back jobs) when the budget of the project almost doubled the locally-funded projects.

Favorite big-time contractors Hanjin, CM Pancho, China and Gorones ought to follow international standard.

Local road projects which were implemented by other favorite contractor such as the RSD had work quality lesser than substandard.  Cracks were everywhere from Dagohoy to Trinidad.

There was apparent waste of public money.  Instead of demanding from the contractor to redo the bad works, Aumentado had secured additional budget for the asphalt overlay of the substandard project with reported overprice.  In cases as this, contractors could pocket government money twice.

The Bayongan Dam Controversy was even investigated by IMBESTIGADOR of Channel 7, finding it highly irregular, this was swept under the rug due to the connections that Aumentado has in the higher echelons of government...his co-conspirators to the most expensive dam in the world...

Check EBA's lifestyle and compare that with Cajes. Then maybe, you will be enlightened on who is the corrupt amongst the two of them. Sa tanang anak ni EBA, usa ra ang naa ang balay, gamay nga naa sa Tagbilaran. The rest of them nag abang intawn. All kids working, like you and me. No lavish lifestyle. No BELLO endorsement. Tan awa pod si Cong. CAjes, mauwaw pod tawn ka mo endorse?

Sa gawas, I mean abroad...ang mga dato raY mosulod sa politika...dinhi sa ato...madato ka if mosulod ka sa politika...this is the main reason why ...candidates would fight tooth and nails to be in office...If anyone of you could have a suggestion how we wopld prosper despite these realities...SULTI DAJON PLS...

ang ako lang ...we can not go after corruption if our people would go on this quest in an empty stomach...we need to raise our income levels first...aron dili na lami tan-awon kun naay modunol nimo ug usa ka paldo to turn a blind eye... how can we do that if our officials are non-performers, who would think only of themselves and their own domiciles...we can only improve if we put in office a performer who would genuinely work to alleviate the plight of the people...someon who would make our farmers,...farmers and not backyard gardeners...we should not focus on our backyard, but rather on the global community...farm and plant as if your going to feed the province..mag-unsa man ka kun magtanom ka nga igo lang sa imong panud-an? you will not grow...you will stagnate...

plant not just for yourself, but for your neighbors too and for the community if possible, aron naa ka ikabaligya, makapanguarta ug dili na masilaw unya sa kwarta nga ipalit sa imong boto...kung ingnon ka nga pag-backyard gardening...gituyo na aron dili ka moasenso, aron kanunay ka nga masilaw sa kwarta ug magsalig sa mga candidato nga wala maghunahuna kaninyo...

gituyo nila nga ang ihatag nga libreng seeds tag-upat o tag-unom ra, aron dili ka makatanom ug daghan...kun daghan man ugaling ang ihatag, gamay ra pod ang motubo...ayaw palingla...kinahanglan mag-farming ta...dili lang backyard gardening..aron kita makahaw-as ning atong kalisod...

so vote always with a conscience...VOTE FOR A PERFORMER...

That is the exact reason why EBA became a multi millionaire because of this mega projects with MEGA TAKING (stealing) of money from the public fund-the hard earned money of the tax payers and the public. What a shame!, pretending to have created huge developments in the island HOWEVER, most of it are unrealized and anomalous undertakings. Whew its a waste of public money. It threatens his credibility and integrity as a leader. Now that we already know who you really are, expect that you and all the candidates that you have endorsed will received nothing from us, boholanos. Thank you for 9 years of deceiving and abusing us.

Multi millionnaire? Do you know what you are talking about? How many houses does he has? Any luxury cars? Are the children rich? Do they have mansions? If you go to their house, it's the same one since they were married. What about Cajes? More than 5 houses? Where the hell did he get the money? EBA has been in public service for 4 decades.  If he is as corrupt as Cajes, whom in his 9 years already is a millionnaire in the making? If he goes to visit his children in the US, they pay for their fare? During election, I heard that the children from the States even chipped in money for election campaign because he asked for support. Why would he bothered asked money from his children if he has millions? Why not give his millions to his children so they will go home and live a lavish lifestyle like that of Cajes kids? All of his children studied in Bohol. While Cajes of course is in Manila? He is by far one of the politicians in Bohol that lives a modest lifestyle considering his decades of service?
