yes para mag sugod na ko ug hithit...

bitaw oi! sa panahon sa una sa marijuana ang mga tawo mag tripping raman ug music and sex...

karon ang mga tawo nag shabu, cocaine, heroin, oxycont na nag tripping naman ug pamatay...

so asa mo ana aber???

adto na laman ko sa marijuana kay tambal pa...

diri sa merika daghan kaajo mga tawo naay pain, like pain sa spine, hips, shoulders etc etc...

ilang remedy pain killers like vicodine (mahal) and very fatal sa metabolism at the same time ma addicted na ka...

whereas ug mag therapy lang na sila ug marijuana, mahilum pa na sila kay sigi nalang na sila draw, lingkud minaw music, tanan nga cool stuff. (for me its cool)

so pili Wad asa ka, to legalize or not?

Yes, for medical purposes, such as those who are terminal patients.

Either than that, no. To smoke cannabis in the US is a Federal offense. If one is caught, can be sent to Federal Penitentiary.

The only reason why I asked is because most of the marijuana that comes to the Great Lakes states (Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, etc) come from Canada. They had a report on this MSNBC and National Geographic some years back.

im for legalization sa marijuana safe man siguro ni basta moderate lang ang gamit like alcohol or tobaco. maka sapi pa ang gobyerno kaysa karon mga drug lords lang ang nakasapi. and same time ma control pa ang quality.

dires ato baguio o sa mountain province ang pang export nga klase, baguio gold ang tawag nila. last week 500kls ang nadakpan gi apil sa mga utanon pag tago.

Ive read into this; the cultivation of cannabis, is considered illegal in Canada, but is legal for medical purposes. Possession of Marijuana can be liable for persecution, depending on the status of the Province.

In other terms, loose based.

In the United States, the possession, an cultivation of marijuana is a Federal Offense and can warrant an individual to serve hard time in a Federal Penitentiary.

The Marijuana Medical Access Regulations require all medical marijuana users to obtain their perscription from a limited number of sources:

(1) Grown by that person.
(2) Produced by a designated individual for that person, or
(3) a licensed dealer.

The problem here is the level of gaps that can arise. An individual who grows medical marijuana can easily sell them, as they are known to. Dispensing the paraphernalia towards American markets, where there is a high demand due to Federal prohibition.

the government will earn money thru taxesales and once legalize the quality of the product will be regulated. There are times that grass are culitvated with intense use of chemicals so much so that the users died due to toxic residues.

Yes, it should be legalized so that there will be no more violators.

In some countries, marijuana is sold as common medicinal plant.

The govt will earn taxes if legally sold to the public.

I've never tried it before, I think marijuana has a relaxing and pampagana effect, not like shabu or cocain has side effect.

Anyway, I don't even smoked cigarettes. I don't bother if not legalized.

You don´t need it really. Although cannabis has lots of positive uses against hiccups, spastic attacks among MS, high fever, anti-stress, indigestion.Of course these are under medical supervision.
