K – rusada para sa kausaban batok sa hiwi ug corrupt nga sistema sa pangagamhanan sa probinsiya sa Bohol.
A – grikultura ug turismo palambuon, panginabuhian sa tanang katawhan dugangan ug hatagan ug dakong pagtagad.
U – sahon ug palig-onon ang tanang kabarangayan sa probinsiya aron sa pagpaluyo ug pagtabang sa labing epektibo ug mas maayong kalidad nga edukasyon alang sa mga kabataan.
S – uportang 100% alang sa mga mag-uuma ug mangingisda alang alternatibong panginabuhian .
A – momahon, ampingan ug irespeto ang kalikopan nga maoy tinubdan sa atong panginabuhian.
B- uligan ug organisahon ang kabataan, kababayen-an ug lumad nga maoy dakong tampo sa pagpalambo sa atong probinsiya sa Bohol.
A - timanon ang tanang katigulangan pinaagi sa paghatag ug mas maayong serbisyo(libreng panghospital ug medisina)
N – akigbisog nga makahatag ug mas maayo ug klarong serbisyo sa katawhang Bol-anon. Katilingbanong serbisyo ang prayoridad ug dili ang imprastruktura.

Sayang ni si Cesar Montano. Ang maayo gyud unta midagan ni siya ug congressman sa First District. He could have easily won the congressional seat.

Kung nidagan pud siya in 2007 as governor, mas dako pa ug chance kay one-on-one sila ni Aumentado. Pero nasulod si Cesar sa laang ni Aumentado. Gipasaligan pero wa pakasli.

Karon, lisod kaayo pildihon ni si Julius ug Chatto kay lig-on ang ilang mga network.

sige lang, bisag quixotic at least he's giving it a chance this time. para nako maayo pud ning naay 'third force' or alternatibong paga-tan awon sa mga katawhan. basin ra unyag maka-lusot. wishful thinking i know but given the other two leading candidates, montano is like a fresh breeze that cools bohol electorate bisan ug sa makarijo ra.

besides, he also has the big role of safeguarding noynoy's vote. kung buligan siya sa mga bol-anon ug hatagan ug respectable no. of votes who knows basin mobawos pod siya unya kung si noynoy na ang presidente.

Duna may gina-ingon nga "dili ta mag-ihap sa piso kung wala pa mapusa ang itlog..."

Or, majority of  us Boholanos are not that  smart enough that can be easily fooled by these old politicians?

Maybe you can share to us how these so-called pro-Chatto/Herrera networks are working behind

their fave old politicians...vote-buying? utang na loob? favoritism of govt job awards? nepotism?

big commission? easy peoples' money beneficiaries? political appointees though no skill/brain at all?

oh, yeah, political dynasty like the Ampatuan - not yet, maybe soon once these families are in power..

 etc...etc......

Am still keeping my fingers crossed for a miracle for change!

Salamat  daan if you have some observatons about these so-called networks.

Am pretty sure you're a fair-minded guy.

Good luck cesar! I appreciate your concern for the boholanos but i think you're not that knowledgeable and skilled yet to administer a province. Focus first on your career being an artists and a husband. . Yeah yeah yeah...The victory is near to come...
