You can talk anything of public concern, of public interest. Just don't use uncivilized words such as "bu****, walay buot, pakno, etc."

If you use these rude, malicious words, which are not nice to public taste, we will just delete your account and all your posts will be gone forever.
We are tracking IP addresses and new accounts, so we know who you are, but we respect your privacy - and so we will just wipe out your membership and all the hate language you wrote here without notice and warning.
Be fair in your commentaries. Focus on public issues. Attack the idea/issue, not the person/member. If you really want to be honest, just and fair, use your real name when you single out individuals in your writings.
