Members of the Cebu Provincial Awards Committee (PAC) gathered today to discuss the assessment for CY 2022 Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA).
DILG Cebu Provincial Director and PAC Co-Chairperson Atty. Ian Kenneth Lucero emphasized the importance and objective of the program.
Program Manager Rothwel Pulido meanwhile discussed the LTIA guidelines and presented the list of barangays to be subjected to field validation.
Present were Atty. Rustom Presas Jr. (DOJ), Atty. Nel Ediza (Provincial Legal Office), Rondey Rodriguez and Lito Layao (LNB Cebu Chapter), Atty. Mark Gregory Avila, Atty. Jerby Juarez and Atty. Christian Arenajo (YLAC).
LTIA was established in 1997 as a means to institutionalize a system of granting economic benefits and other incentives to the Lupong Tagapamayapa that demonstrates exemplary performance in settling disputes at the barangay level.
