How are you doing now little lady?
its been months since we last exchanged words
there have been empty letters
empty covers, unwritten coverheads
full pens, uncapped still.
How are your lips these days?
i wonder if they are as red
like the lava of raging volcanoes
are they cold as Tagaytay on winter nights
or as fiery hot as Bonaire on July days.
