There was once a simple animal, which all the other animals ridiculed.
"You crawl, You cannot walk like us"
In humility, this little animal grobbled from leaf to leaf, from tree to tree
The ants proselytized, "You cannot move flexibly like us, fast art we, thou art not."
The grasshoppers remunerated, "We have wings a many, power and dexterity, thou dost not."
And the humble animal, worried not their words, paid no attention to their mockery.
Justified in work and the goal, the humble animal discovered a perfect resting place.
And so the animal fell sleep. A deep sleep.
Many moons passed, many rains followed suit.
Then the animal awoke from his slumber, amazed, surprised.
He now had wings. Wings of color, and speed like a bird.
The animal, who was once a mere caterpillar became a butterfly.
Beauty in Simplicity
Elegance in Simplicity
