I say, I know right? Sure, ill walk you home.
You say, Al im missing you and you're not even gone yet.
I say, "what did you say?"
You say, we meet people for a reason, a purpose.
I say nothing. I smile.
You say, many things, many rhymes, many phrases.
I say nothing. I am drinking your entire expression.
Then at the end of the day, I walk you home to your door, hug, good night.
As you close your door, I silently whisper: I love you, my dear, little rose.
