I've been to San Jose, Antique, once in 1985 to attend the ordination of one of my classmates, Fr. Lally Gaite, who is now a full-peldged lawyer (he left the ministry). Actually, both of my classmates from this province left the priesthood; the other is now in Milan, Italy.

In fact, it was in Antique - driving from Iloilo - where I experienced or saw the longest wooden bridge I've ever seen at that time hahaha.

I can imagine a much beardier, younger you sitting in the back of a jeepney as the truck drove through unpaved roads. lol

Like I said it was more than 25 years ago. Not only did I not own a digicam, I didn't own any kind of cam at all... for it was very expensive during those days.
