THEY’RE RINGING AGAIN. The bells in the belfry of the St. Joseph Cathedral in Tagbilaran City, Bohol get a makeover from 55-year-old Ermelo Quijada. Quijada, who has been ringing the bells since he was 12, says it’s the first time he has been back in the belfry since last year’s earthquake.
