I tried Kansi this weekend when my babycakes made it for me. Mmm! Ka nami gid sang kansi bla! he he he!
She said that the best kansi is made in Santa Barbara, Iloilo City !

Afterwards, she served me fresh jack fruit ! In Binisayang Cebuano we call it 'Nankga' , but in Binisayang Hiligaynon, they call it "Langka"
