I visited Bacolod many times most were job related but the most memorable was in 2003 when I attended the national biennial convention of my fraternity/sorority. I stayed in Casino Hotel. I had gradiose time of my life, the chicken inasal I was so inlove with it. The night life OMG, cheap and fabulous.

Tito, indi gid palabwan ang BOHOL. Ahong baji nga gi pinangga kaajo, taga Bacolod man sija. Natural ra pood ang feelings sa ijang yutang na tawhan.

Bacolod makes the best Pastilla con leche..

I have tried the pastillas from Manila, Cebu, and even one from Ilo-Ilo.
None of them can compare to Bacolodnon Pastilla con leche...



Another thing that they make in Bacolod is a delicious sweet called Napoleones..
arang lami kaajo!
