Asin is unforgettable. A monument should be built for the members of this band.

I agree with you, Mike.

The meaning of their song is very heavy.

I love Asin too..Their songs are very meaningful.
I want to live by the moment and worry no more about my future because I know that God has already made the best plan for me. All I have to do is be faithful to HIM all the time. GOD rocks!

ASIN is such a great pinoy rock band during the 70's, some of their songs were banned during the martial law days and one that is called MAGNANAKAW, the sad news for ASIN came during the untimely death of thier front man Saro Bañares when the latter died in bar brawl in Cotabato City.

I agree with you Mike, I grew up with this song.

I learnt the guitar being inspired by ASIN, infact this was the first song I mastered with a recycled old guitar we found with my barkadas. We tried to imitate their hippy look we called "Adis-adis".

All thier songs are very Filipino & very nationalistic.
