PAF ATHLETES BAG MEDALS AT 31ST SOUTHEAST ASIAN GAMES
AW1C Noemi I Tener PAF won a silver medal for the Women’s Freestyle 76KG Wrestling Competition.
Meanwhile, 5 PAF athletes got bronze medals in several competitions: A2C Edgardo G Alejan Jr PAF for Mixed Relay 4x400; A1C Sonny M Wagdos PAF for Men’s 5000m. Meanwhile, A1C Jason Huerte PAF and A1C Rheyjey C Ortouste PAF for Sepaktakraw, Men’s Regu; and, TSg Margarito J Angana Jr PAF for Wrestling, Men’s Greco Roman 60KG category.
2020 Tokyo Olympics gold medallist SSg Hidilyn Diaz PAF is set to compete at the women’s 55kg category at weightlifting tomorrow, May 20, 2022.
