Melecia U. Du, the grand matriarch of Du Ek Sam, Inc., will be celebrating her 80th birthday on Tuesday.
She both sits as the chairwoman of the board of Bohol's 'trusted appliance and motorcycle shop' - Du Ek Sam, Inc. and DES Marketing, Inc.
Fondly called "Ma'am Mening," this gracious lady, inspired with her husband Ek Sam Du, ushers a foundation to the building of a great company with several branches in the provinces of Bohol, Cebu, Negros, Leyte, Panay, Palawan, Mindoro, Camiguin and in Bukidnon.
Last year, she was awarded as the "Most Outstanding Boholano in the field of Business."
As part of her birthday celebration, all branches of Du Ek Sam will be having a Red Day Treat for its valued customers.
A red t-shirt will be given free for every purchase of an appliance unit; while a red jacket is given free for every purchase of a motorcycle unit.
Furthermore, additional rebates will be given to customers paying their monthly amortization on that date.
The promotional drive is inclusive to all branches of Du Ek Sam and DES Marketing. -
