Press Release: ELEAZAR WARNS POLICE APPLICANTS VS MONEY-MAKING RACKETS IN PNP RECRUITMENT

Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Police General Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar warned police applicants from falling into the money-making rackets of some unscrupulous groups and individuals that they could buy their entry to the police organization.

PGen Eleazar issued the warning after the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) under Police Brig. Gen. Thomas Frias arrested a woman who claimed that she could assist police applicants in this year’s recruitment of more than 17,000 Patrolman/Patrolwoman.
