PIO: PNP Chief Police General Camilo Pancratius Cascolan graced and presided the Turn Over of Office ceremony between outgoing PNP Civil Security Group Director, PMGen Roberto Fajardo and incoming Director, PMGen Israel Ephraim Dickson on September 18, 2020 in Quezon City.
This was followed by the retirement honors for PMGen Fajardo wherein he was awarded medals and was given mementos in recognition of his accomplishments and achievements during his career in the police service.
