RESPONSE OF THE FILIPINO NATION TO GABRIELA
The Filipino nation finds it galling and particularly obscene for a front of the terrorist CPP NPA NDF, GABRIELA, to be riding on the coattails of Alex Eala and who make it seem like there is something they have in common with this amazingly gifted athlete.
GABRIELA has absolutely NOTHING in common with Alex Eala.
They have stolen our children away and snuffed out their dreams, their bright future and then their precious lives. And they have made of this country the saddest country for mothers who weep for the loss of their children.
Alex Eala, because GABRIELA’s dirty fingers never touched her, stands in the spotlight fulfilling her promise as a gifted athlete and she has made us all smile –and doubtless, her mother–for bringing great honor to her family and her country.
There are no words to express the joy and relief we feel that Alex is beyond the clutches of this terrorist organization that has death-gripped countless numbers of our children.
And where mothers weep inconsolably for children they have lost, Alex’ mother smiles in great pride and joy for her daughter- a moment that she shares with an entire nation.
What has been irretrievably stolen from us as mothers, as families, as a nation and what could the children we have lost to the CPP NPA NDF contributed to this world
had they not fallen for the deception of GABRIELA?
This obscene congratulations of Alex Eala by GABRIELA is, in fact, their way of stealing Alex’ light and basking in borrowed glory to use as cover SO THEY CAN RECRUIT MORE OF OUR CHILDREN INTO THEIR TRAP.
GABRIELA has absolutely nothing to do with the fulfillment of our children’s potentials and everything to do with the CPP NPA NDF including their doctrine of misguiding our children to be the worst versions of themselves: terrorists.
Joanne Lapira wanted to be a doctor. But at 22 it was all over for Joanne.
And instead of seeing her in a white coat with a stethoscope slung over her shoulders, the image etched in our country’s memory now will forever be of Joanne sprawled on a the road in some isolated place in Batangas, –lifeless with a gun next to her.
It is the same with Ren Manalo. The college photo of her smiling has been replaced with the bloodied face of an NPA, her eyes unseeing in death, mouth half open, limbs splayed in some forested area in Palawan after clashing with the AFP.
Nikka de la Cruz, like Joanne and Ren, died as an NPA. And for Nikka, a Communications graduate of the University of San Jose Recoletos whom her parents described–before her descent to hell– as “a good daughter and a brilliant student” – it was all over at 21. She died in the jungles of Negros fighting government troops.
What these three have in common is that their portal to hell was GABRIELA.
Arlene Brosas sits in Congress not to represent the Filipino people but to do as she is ordered to do by Joma Sison and the Central Committee of the CPP NPA NDF.
It is the same for Raoul Manuel, the NPA RECRUITMENT QUEEN OF KABATAAN PARTY LIST.
As it is for France Castro of the ALLIANCE OF CONCERNED TEACHERS–whose mug shots for kidnapping is the most honest and most accurate depiction of who she truly is: a criminal.
It is the same for urban operatives of the CPP NPA NDF: Teddy Casiño, Neri Colmenares, Carol Araullo, Renato Reyes, Mary John Mananzan, Sonny Africa, Sarah Elago, Carlos Zarate, Ferdinand Gaite, Cristina Palabay, Sol Taule, Edre Olalia, etc and organizations they lead that front for the CPP NPA NDF: KARAPATAN, NUPL, NUJP, NUSP, BAYAN MUNA, IBON, BAYAN, etc
We will not ask for shame and decency from a terrorist organization that has no capacity for these.
Nor will we ask that they spare us this moment of pride as a nation and not taint it with their forced association with Alex Eala, our bright star, so they can use her for their despicable purposes like recruitment. (Such cynical bastards.)
There is nothing sacred these terrorists hold sacred because they have no understanding of ‘sacred’. So we will not ask that they keep our children sacred.
They will continue to worship at the altar of the Terrorist Joma Sison and his failed and obsolete ideology and they will continue to use our children as sacrifice.
We will instead rise as a people and stand in fiercest defense and protection of our children –and completely destroy the CPP NPA NDF so they can no longer harm what is most precious to us–our children.
