The Coordinated Operations to Defeat Epidemic (C.O.D.E.) Team, headed by the National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 and the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), meets with the local government officials of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) at the Baguio City Convention Center on September 19, 2020.
According to the Department of Health (DOH), the C.O.D.E is a response initiative to give
support to local government units (LGUs) with limited capabilities and resources in order to mitigate localized transmission at the community level through enhanced surveillance strategy and expanded testing capacity.
