Pursuant to DOF-DBM-NEDIA Joint Circular No. 1-2013 para 5.5 “any proposal for new/revised rates shall be posted in the agency’s office premises and website for at least thirty (30) days before the process of final determination and approval to allow for a period for comments or feedback from the public”

The increased rate of fees and charges for illegally parked and tire-locked vehicles is purposely to intensify the implementation of rules and regulations inside camp.
