TINGNAN: Nitong Mayo 26, 2021, nilagdaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang Republic Act No. 11548 na nagbibigay kapangyarihan sa kanya bilang pangulo para ipagpaliban muna ang dagdag kontribusyon na one percent ngayong taon at ang buwanang salary credits sa SSS hanggang nasa state of calamity pa ang bansa sa ilalim ng Proclamation No. 929 s. 2020. na inaamyendahan ang Proclamation No. 1021 s. of 2020.
Inaamyendahan din nito ang Republic Act No. 11199 o ang “Social Security Act of 2018”.
