Its a very disturbing image to our people in Panglao, in barangay Tawala where the Famous Alona beach located, is a dead grass who destroy a persons mind by selling marijuana and shabu to the tourists. He looks very innocent German guy who everynight entertain his guest in the Bar but behind this little business, he dwells with illegal drugs. . . . that the authority have not yet realized.

Foreigners are not stupid to sell drugs to pilipino, even you ask around nobody will tell you, yah you can buy it to mr.X....only between foreigners and other foreigners knew it
but even how tough the confidentiality of business, the fact is People talk.... People talk! not only 1 person but People.
