The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Bohol Chapter has new set of officers for the fiscal year 2009-2010.
Rammel B. Cagulada of Valencia town was unanimously elected as president for the current fiscal year.
Other members of the chapter board are Cristifil Baluma, president-elect for 2010-2011; Leoncia Millanar, VP for membership development; Danilo Tabaranza, VP for professional development; Clarissa Baluma, secretary; Joseth Celocia, treasurer; Celsa Maturan, auditor, Maria Teresita Bitoy and Niña Acuzar, PROs; Gregorio Austral, Teresita Irig, Zenon Tumanda and Ammon Dennis Tirol, sectoral directors for education, government, public practice, and commerce and industry, respectively.
Meanwhile, the local chapter board is in the process of finalizing the activities lined up for the upcoming Accountancy Week celebration come July 19-25, 2009.
PICPA will celebrate the event with the theme, “Live it Up…The PICPA Spiritâ€.
On the other hand, PICPA-Bohol thru the Cagulada administration congratulates some members of the organization who were awarded during the 43rd charter day celebration of the City of Tagbilaran on July 1, 2009.
Reaping the special citations were Teresita Irig for Outstanding Career in Civil Service, Rosemarie Palma for Dedication and Efficiency in Public Service, Kurt Adolph Bungabong as Successful Bar Passer While in Public Service and Warren Yap, Jr. as CPA Board Topnotcher.
