Pero basta calamay nga masilawan sa adlaw, mogamay ang shelf life. Thats precisely the rason why ang calamay naa sa bagol.

Labtingaw is any fresh fish nga ibulad then pritohon dayon inig kagabii. Mas lami kon i-marinate inig ka gabii, then ibulad pagka ugma, pritohon pagka gabii. Ang marinade pwede toyo, suka, ahos, sibuyas, laurel, other pahumot.  Kon walay lain, pwede na ang toyo, suka (gamay lang) ug ahos.  Pikasa ang isda, lengthwise, kuhaig hasang ug tinai.  Inig bulad, bilangkara gyud ang pagbutang sa buwaran. Mas lami man jud ning pinabilangkad, he he he.  Recommended fish species: burot-burot, tamarong, bulinaw (dagko), mangsi, barungoy, sawasid, ug mga pirit (immature sa tulingan, bungkalisan, etc. basta dili pa fully grown sa mga dagkung matang sa isda.)
