that's why i will always go for my kid's ballet teacher.  she noticed that our little girl's knees are rather weak.  so she made special movements for her until her knees strengthened.  that's thoughtful training for me.  it doesn't hurt, and it's fun.

without a doubt.  hubag is the happier version of gollum.  lorenz is out-of-this-world, probably thinking more about whether his next patient at the operating table is a gymnast or a soldier out to get the scarborough shoal.  bugsay?  naa rag pa-seksi-seksi. ;D
