MANILA -- Warm and humid weather will prevail over most parts of Luzon, while generally fair weather can be expected over the Visayas and Mindanao on Tuesday, with the easterlies still affecting the eastern section of the country.
Weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said most parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in the afternoon or evening.
Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Surigao del Norte and Dinagat, while the rest of the country will have fair weather with isolated rain showers in the afternoon or at night.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the entire country.
Meanwhile, Bulquerin said PAGASA does not see any low-pressure area that may develop or affect the country in the next two to three days. (PNA
