At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon ''GORING'' {SAOLA} was estimated based on all available data at 95 km East Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (16.5-N,123.0-E) with max sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 230 km/h. It is moving South Southeastward slowly. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
