LRT operations cut for Christmas Eve
Operations of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) 1 will be shortened Monday, December 24, ABS-CBN News learned.
The last trip of LRT 1 from Monumento station will be at 8 p.m. The last trip from Baclaran station will be at 8:30 p.m.
LRT 1 will return to normal operations on Tuesday, Christmas Day, from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Department of Transportation and Communications earlier announced that operations of Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) will be shortened by a few hours on Christmas and New Year's days.
MRT-3 operations (North Avenue-Taft) will start from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on December 25 and January 1.
It will follow its regular schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on December 24 and 31, which were declared special holidays.
