RECOBODA Party-list Representative Fred Guya joins House Committee on Energy meeting together with the #PowerBloc today, November 13.
The Committee deliberates House Bill No. 3031, introduced by Reps. Lord Allan Q. Velasco and Wilter “Sharky†Wee Palma II, Ordaining the Development of the Downstream Natural Gas Industry, Consolidating for the Purpose All Laws Relating to the Transmission, Distribution and Supply of Natural Gas.
Rep. Guya emphasized the need to ensure that HB 3031 will not run against the interest of electric consumers as he scrutinizes the confidentiality provision of the said bill.
