I think it is more done in US and also here in Europe......saw it in Tv reports sus ngil-gig man tan-awon duslak-duslakon tiyan to remove those extra fats  and  it is very expensive.  Since, I had my ovary op had gained lot of weight and due to high age but I am still a bit satisfied.

So far okay kaau dere sa Hawaii... wa jud ko ka-feel anang raciscm kay ang mga hawaiians mora man fud ug Pinoy ang mga dagway... BUT diha sa Manila sa nag-pa maid pa ko (aws... maid pa man diay gihapon ko hantud karon... duh!!!) naka-experience jud ko nga gi-down ko's kapwa nato Pinoy... giingnan ko nga "katulong ka lang"!!! sa public pa jud kay sa tindahan man to gisugo ko'g palit ug pan nya gilabay-labayan ra jud ko's pag-umangkon sa tag-iya... pagtawag nako nga miss..., sus gisipatan ko nya giingnan dayun ko nga maghintay ka!!! kasakit oi... nitan-aw pa jud nako ang mga customers... waaaaaaaa!!!
