#BSPScamAlert:  MAG-INGAT SA MGA KAHINA-HINALANG WEBSITE NA GUMAGAMIT NG PANGALAN O LOGO NG BSP


Hinihikayat ng BSP ang publiko na maging mapanuri sa mga social media o website content na ginagamit ang pangalan at logo ng BSP.  Agad ipagbigay-alam ang mga kahina-hinalang mensahe sa mga sumusunod:

Maaari ring i-report ang mga scammers sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod: 


- DICT-Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center: https://cicc.gov.ph/report/ 


- PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group Complaint Action Center:  https://acg.pnp.gov.ph/contact-us/ 


Samantala, makipag-ugnayan agad sa official channels ng inyong bangko o e-money issuer kung nakumpromiso ang inyong account, credit card o personal na impormasyon. Tingnan ang directory ng mga consumer assistance channels: https://www.bsp.gov.ph/SitePages/InclusiveFinance/ConsumerAffairsDir.aspx     


Kung hindi nabigyan ng sapat na aksyon ng bangko o e-money issuer ang inyong hinaing, ipagbigay-alam agad ito sa BSP sa pamamagitan ng BSP Online Buddy o BOB. Makakausap si BOB sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod:
